I can e-mail you the Notice of Intended Marriage form (NOIM) or you can download and print it from the link on the home page. Complete it, sign having your signatures witnessed as required and send it to me, reaching me within the required time (one calender month and one day) prior to your wedding day along with certified copies of the documentation i.e birth certificate, passport, statutory declaration, divorce documents or death certificate as applicable (the originals must be sighted before the wedding day). The NOIM can be lodged with me with only one parties signature on it if for whatever reason it is not possible for both to sign the NOIM at the same time. The other signature must be obtained as soon as practicable prior to the wedding date. The details of the ceremony can be finalised by e-mail, phone and fax. Bookings will be confirmed on a deposit of $100.00.
Overseas

Complete it, sign having your signatures witnessed by an Australian Consulate Official or Notary Public and send it to me, reaching me within the required time (one calender month and one day of your wedding day) along with certified copies of the documentation i.e birth certificate, passport, statutory declaration (see link to the left for a Commonwealth statutory declaration), divorce documents or death certificate as applicable. This can be scanned and e-mailed or faxed back to me with the originals sent to me by registered mail or bring with you (I must sight the originals before the wedding day). The NOIM can be lodged with me with only one of the parties signature if for whatever reason it is not possible for both to sign the NOIM at the same time. After your marriage:
I have access to the online registration facility of Births, Deaths and Marriages (NSW) and will register your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages on the day of or the day after your wedding.
British Commonwealth residents;
Couples will need to obtain a registered copy of their Marriage certificate.
Residents of all other Countries;
If you live in a non British Commonwealth Country , as well as obtaining your registered Marriage certificate you will also need to obtain an Apostille stamp from the Dept of Foreign Affairs and Trade, so you can register the marriage in your country of residence.
